I attempted to have a television repaired here under the manufacturer's warranty. After requesting service and explaining the problem, I was told that this business would research the problem and contact me. They called me twice in two weeks, stating that they were working on a solution and would contact me. After one month of waiting, and my warranty nearing expiration, I called the business owner, who said that he would arrange to pick up and repair my television. One week later, I called and left messages. No one returned my calls, and my television was not repaired.
