I have been a customer of the salon owner, Jade, for the past 5 years. I can't begin to explain the talent she posseses when it comes to color. In my opinion she is truly the BEST! I live in the Fair Oaks area and take the drive down to J Street every 5 weeks because of her talent. My 12 year old daughter also gets her hair done by Jade and refuses to go anywhere else. If you are looking for a good Salon in the Sacramento area, this is it!!
