Estimator missed scheduled appointment with me; when rescheduled, rep took my old mirror to use as point of reference to produce another and promised to return the old piece. Company rep did not call before coming to my home as promised to install; then was unable to install the new mirror as it was the wrong thickness. Company rep contacted me when the right mirror piece was ready; I said I would pick up the new and the old piece. At company store, rep could not locate the old piece and was unwilling to compensate me, even though their own employee assured me he would return it. Company rep offered to take $18 off the new piece (was $108) and felt no obligation to compensate for their error, save for offer to break the new piece they had cut.
