Wonderful ambiance - decor of teapots and goodies from UK are a nice touch. Table settings and tea cozies are nice. Service is great - HOWEVER - the food comes out of the freezer and is not that tasty for an experienced pallet. They used to have a nice chicken salad, but took it off the menu. Teas sandwiches are fresh, but that is about it. The are concerned with quantity, unfortunately, not quality. I have been several times with out-of-town guests, but I stay away. Hope that bring their quality up, its such a fun place to go.
