Unlike places that rush the food out to you (and customers that want it NOW), Mark Rich's New York Pizza cooks everything only after it's ordered, and tell you that up front. Do you want it good or do you want it now?. The Pizza is hand tossed like I grew up with back east , not this ""chain pizzeria"" junk that is pressed. They make a 24"" pie for about $11 (wish they made a 36"" like I grew up with), and their eggplant parmesian sub is outstanding! Their sauce ISN""T the sugar filled stuff in a bottle, it's the real deal. My teenagers swore by Dominoes and Pizza Hut till I dragged them to Mark Rich's, now it's the only place they'll eat pizza...and they don't mind waiting! They've even dragged quite a few of their high school friends down there, and they now have been converted also!
