This place has a great masseuse who know what she is doing. I went to her for a bad shoulder that was killing me and she fixed it in one visit. It was great. I am going to go back for the price alone. I would recommend this to everyone. Ask for Claudia.

There has been a huge influx of hair salons in Poway in the last few years and prices have been driven downward. Unfortunately, lower prices usually signal a lowered quality of service. Rose’s has been around for the last 8 or so years, and has maintained the quality of services offered for a very reasonable price. They offer a very large selection of hair products as well, making them a dual salon and supply. Along with excellent hair services (I’ve personally never been disappointed, and neither have the other clients I’ve gotten to talk to), Rose’s also offers other beauty (waxing, etc) and nail services as well.

I went to Premier Atelier without knowing anything about the spa. I really needed a massage and they had an opening so I went for it. The massage was absolutely fantastic! The therapist really did a great job working on the knots in my shoulders and really took the time to work the spots that needed work. I will definitely go back!

The staff here are the niciest people in the world! Once you go there, you will most likely become friends with your stylists. The prices are good, 13 bucks for a cut and wash. If you don't know what you want to have done, they always are ready to jump in with suggestions. I would recommend this place to my friends, and give htem the name of the person i liked best. I won't do that here becuase, well, it IS the internet, but you get the idea. They do all the baiscs, cut, wash, color, perm, etc. etc. etc. A great place for the family to come!! Usually there are waits during the lunch hour and right after work, during rush hours. Calling ahead and making appointments are the best way to go.

KV is now GOT NAILS. Nam Ngo, the Owner of Got Nails, has done my daughter's acrylic nails for 7 years and mine for 2 years. We are very pleased with his work and we've never had a problem with the dreaded fungus. Nam's approach to his work is that of a meticulous artist. He personally instructs all of his staff so that having a manicure, pedicure or acrylic nails done by his staff is just like having Nam do the work. The prices are reasonable. The shop is quiet, relaxing, and generally free from chemical odors because he keeps the back door open so it is well ventilated. You’ll be glad you gave them an opportunity to make you happy. Near Carl's at Pomorado and Scripps Poway Parkway.

It has good service, and value in its pricing. This business offers experience as well as great pampering. It is something every woman should enjoy and is a good deal for it here. The staff is friendly and service very good. Would recommend to others, as well as return to it.

The chiropractic doctor is very nice and pretty much solve just about anything that is wrong in your back that does not require medicine or surgeries. Everytime i come out, i feel refreshed and i am in a good mood. This doctor knows what he is doing! He is very nice and cares about you. Whenever someone is looking for a chiropractic office, i always recommend this place, it is top notch! Also, the prices (if your insurance does not cover it) are very reasonable!
