Booked, paid for room 5 months in advance, verified room the morning of arrival, but no room was available when I arrived. Front desk said another group came in and we would have to go to another hotel for the first night. After that inconvenience, we came back and the room had lightbulbs out, the tub had a hole, and the ceiling had cracks and water stains. Thumbs down, all around!
