These are the best traditional tamales you ever had. Even better than the ones my mom makes. They don't gouge you on the prices. They don't try to ""Californize"" it by adding ingredients that were never meant for a tamale. And they use a lot of meat to fill their tamales. Their tamales come in three flavors. . . The traditional Red sauce tamales, Green chili chicken tamales and these outrageously delicious cheese tamales. Of course for the holidays they have sweet tamales.
