I'm new in town & was looking for a stylist who was able to simply follow the cut that my previous stylist had given me. I had been to a H.Cuttery in Raleigh in the past & liked it, so I tried this one. I got a stylist who took 2 personal calls while I was in her chair, and did not cut my hair correctly. When I asked her to texturize my hair the way my other stylist used to, it was obvious by her reaction that she did not have any interest in how I wanted my hair cut, or in using any technique used after 1985. Newcomers beware, only go to this salon if someone recommends a specific stylist to you. As a walk-in, you really take your chances.
