The menus and food quality are fairly even at all the locations I have visited from the East to West Coasts. I especially find the sauces to be uniformly flavorful. There has been a bit of variation in the pasta, some fairly dry and others dripping of olive oil. I like the atmosphere of downtown SLC better than Murray or either of the Utah County sites or any of the new franchise construct buildings. Could we remove a table or two to reduce the crowding?
