Carmine's II is a Los Angeles jewel. You will not find a more friendly, upbeat atmosphere with authentic italian food on the westside. It can be busy...but relax, have a drink and the calamari fritti with the fun cast of characters at the bar. i'll bet the seafood linguine will be worth the wait.
