Any time I have eaten there, the pastries and breads used for sandwiches have tasted dry and stale to me. Items seem overpriced for the quality you receive. I do enjoy the bagels and soups, but that is about it. I can find better places to dine and receive much better baked goods at other non-chain bakeries.
Pros: Baked goods look good, comforting decor, delicious bagels
Cons: pastries stale, items not flavorful
