Don't be put off by the mini mall location--this sushi is four stars all the way. Specializing in fresh fish, you won't find a lot of the fancy rolls that many lesser restaurants highlight, though the ones Chef Saito does make are quite good, if not a little too large. Tell him that you're a first time customer and he will happily help you adjust to their no menu policy--this is not the place to bring sushi novices. You have to work your way up to appreciating Saito. Some regular customers have joked that their ought to be a religion based on his sushi-making ability.
Recommendations: the salmon is delicious, the halibut lemon-squeezed and very unique, and you can't go wrong with the albacore. Cold green tea is complimentary, though the sake is good as well.
Pros: excellent fish, friendly service
Cons: small space, rolls too big
