I went to Billy's a few days ago and had a very unsatisfactory experience. The food was over done and I had a lot of back talk from the waitress when I complained about my burned burger. She didn't act like she cared at all and didn't offer to compensate me in any way. She just said she was really busy and it would be another half hour for another one. I thought this was very rude and do not plan on going to billy's ever again.
