I love going to the YMCA with my girls. It gives me a chance to take care of myself while I know they are being taken care of. The nursery program is very clean and well managed. I don't worry about them while they are there. The equipment is easy to use and makes me feel good. The shower could use a little help, but I think that goes for any gym. The locker room is clean and the pool is splendid. We love having a membership to the Y. It is such a blessing to our family to be able to go there and take care of our bodies as well as our minds.
