We actually first encountered Little Folks, when we ordered something from then online and it was delivered the same day!
We came back because it was the only place we could find "stroller weights" to keep a stroller from toppling backwards, when you pile bags on the push bars.
The service at Little Folks is fairly New York, by which I mean somewhat indifferent but expert.
Anyway, they are a small shop (at least Compared to a behemoth like Buy Buy Baby), but one with a high percentage of quality stuff. Also be aware that they're not open on Saturdays (the ownership is evidently observant Jews).
