But he's a friendly person who is honestly interested in his customer's needs and wants in a product. He listens, asks good questions and then shows you mattresses in a wide price range so you can understand all of your choices. He doesn't pressure you into a more expensive mattress nor does he try to just sell you anything in hopes of making a few bucks. He tells you if he's having an upcoming sale, even though he would have to wait for your business.
