I bought my first mountain bike at George's. They were very helpful when I was trying to pick one. After I had rode a few times it needed a few adjustments. They tuned it up for free and it worked like a champ. I also bought my spin shoes at George's. The salesman was very helpful. I didn't know anything about bike shoes and he helped me pick out what was best for my needs. I think George's has a great selection and nice sales clerks.
