While Castaways started off as a consignment store it has quickly grown to meet the needs of brides in the Decatur area. The regular clothes area is jam packed with a variety of clothing for children through adults. I have never been impressed with the quality or prices but I have only looked in this area a few times. Where Castaways really excells is in their bridal/formal wear area. They have a HUGE collection of used wedding dresses and formal wear all of these are very reasonably priced. They also carry new wedding and formal dresses. When I was there last they only carried the designer Jasmine. This line still has a nice variety of dresses to choose from. The staff there is also very helpful in finding what the bride wants. We have enjoyed all of our visits to Castaways when looking for bridal apparel.
