A top of the line restaurant on the upper east side, Petaluma has delicious food that is beautifully presented as well as tastefully prepared. A place to go for a special occasion as prices are expensive. Everything is a la carte - salads range from $7 - 9, pastas about $16, entrees $20 - $30. Add in drinks, coffee, dessert and you are looking at a bill of over $100 for 2 people. However, if you go, you will have a very enjoyable time. Calamari is cooked to perfection, fish and veal are just as good. Outstanding service. A pleasure to go to.
