As a stay at home mom with some dry clean clothes and not a whole lot of places to where them, I'm mainly looking for a quick clean or refresh. If I wanted to dry clean my favorite silk blouse, this would definitely not be the place I would take it. I took a pleated skirt here and expected them to charge me extra for pressing - nope, but no pressed pleats either. But it's probably cheaper to get it cleaned here and pressed at a full price cleaner. Would I trust my wedding dress here? Obviously not! But they did a decent job on my sweaters and I think they'd do a decent job on men's dress shirts. If you're not that picky or attached to a particular garment, this can be your cleaner. I've never had anything bad happen, but I have gotten the "we've done all we can" tag that you might also get at full price cleaner.
