J & M has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner for over 10 yrs and always with excellently. Today Richard performed the annual furnace maint. He explained everything he did or was doing. He found a leak that was allowing heat to escape. He sealed it with no extra cost. Richard is very professional but also personable I have and will cont to recommend this company to friends.
