Okay - I decided to take the time to write this review because of Bill's outstanding service. Bill is one of the Barker & Son's plumbers that came on time (and we appreciated Missy's heads up call), looked over our leak under the kitchen sink, and explained what needed to be done as he gave us the quote. I asked about the water purifier connection between the two flex pipes being replaced, and he said he could leave it there, but that there was a better "dual port H2o stop" that would be less stress on the fixtures. He didn't have one with him, but volunteered to go pick one up and installed it as a part of the original quote. He did all this timely and professionally, and we couldn't be more pleased (not to mention we got the 10% senior discount that Missy told us about)! If there were any negatives, I would mention them....so thank you Missy and Bill!
