This company may be wonderful, but I will not have the chance to know. I already had another company diagnose my problem but quoted an exorbitant price to fix it. I have part numbers, serial numbers and know exactly what is wrong with my unit. 2nd Wind would not even try to offer a ball-park figure for repair. The only thing they could offer is for their technician to come, me to pay more money, and THEN they could give me an estimate. Oh well, at least other companies I've called will try to give me an estimate. Looks as if I won't be trying 2nd Wind as a company.
