Have had few problems and the staff have been ok with us. We had issue with security light and parking lot drainage and all were dealt with. The maint staff have been fantastic. Ac unit went down on a Friday night and they had it repaired by 9 am Monday with a new outside unit. I think the rent is a tad bit high but we are not sorry to live here. We have had NO PROBLEM WITH ROACHES!!!!!
