I will never stop dreading the prospect of "being taken" by service people who at minimum inflate what really needs to be done. What a refreshing experience to counter that dread in having dealt with John L. of ARS Rescue Rooter. He quickly diagnosed the problem, quickly fixed it, quickly cleaned up everything as he found it, and all with a friendly, professional demeanor. Finally, he made a point of giving me his contact info should I encounter anything amiss after he left (which I have not). Thank you ARS and John L. If only all service scenarios would be like this. Needless to say, I heartily recommend them!
