Repairs can be incomplete, especially now that Rick doesn't do the repairs himself any longer. I have also had several times where parts were listed as replaced on the bill and they were not touched, and these are basic older cars where it is pretty obvious. Picking up your car dirty with grease on the floor mats is common. On newer cars, I've been charged for a premium part later to find the cheapest ones were put on, such as front brake pads.
If you have a classic car, I don't recommend this shop. It's obviously a get-in, get-out outfit for most vehicles. If you have an older car, he'll keep it for weeks on end before he touches it without even calling to update you. Call him and he'll seem annoyed that you're inquiring! You can do better for your money.
