Make sure you insist on a fixed rate mortgage when you deal with this company. They must get bonuses for pushing 80/20 adjustable rate, balloon payment type loans. We had to insist on a 30 year fixed rate loan - actually argue about it! If we had gone with the product he so heavily pushed we may have lost our home. As it is, we are doing well and the payments are predictable. Thank goodness we didn't get bullied by him.
