I lost my heat in the middle of the night and Wm. Henderson had one of their technicians (Tony) there by noon assessing the problem. I needed a new heater and by the following day one was picked up and is being installed as I write this. All the technicians are knowledgeable and explain things simply and clearly. They are thorough and clean up after their repairs. I have been using them for many years and would highly recommend their service!!
