Asked for some layers to spruce up my hairstyle and she litterly chopped all my hair off. I got a feathered back look I am in my twentys who would do that. I showed her a picture of the layers I wanted that's all I didn't need length cut off just some layers and I got a hack job. I cried all the way home I work in the public everyone was like what happened who would do that. She for got to angle the other side of my hair to match the chop job. I basically had a mullet it was awful I spent 40 dollars never again never !!
