After arriving today, Stanley Steemer tried to charge $50 more than the previous cleanings for the same 5 rooms. After speaking to supervisor, Lauren Darragh, I am even more frustrated as she keeps repeating that I only did 4 rooms in the past. I assured her that I have always done the entire downstairs, but she was very repetitive uninterested in maintaining a long time customer. I have since then found another company, All Pro Cleaner, at a much cheaper rate.
