The degrees they post are not to convey pride but rather arrogance. You arrive to find yourself sitting for 45 mintues waiting although they determined the date and time you could be seen. When you go to the counter after sitting 5 feet away the entire 45 minutes you receive an odd look followed by, "Who are you?"
You can try to telephone or e-mail one of them, as I did, to talk about the service but it will take many attempts over weeks before you hear anything .
