Good: If you go to this garage only deal with senior or Brian.... Bad: Made an emergency appt to inspect my new lexus that i purchased in jersey and i made an appt to have it done. When I called on the day i was supposed to come in i was told by the receptionist "we don't have the stickers yet" But I replied "i have an appt! and i need this done today" I even went into the office and gave them my phone # to call me when they get the stickers" for the inspection. they never called..Stupid people! I used to get my lexus and jeep serviced there every 5000,00 no more.. Improvements: Learn how to say sorry, and do what you say you will!. Other: Just because this inspection was a $20.00 nothing transaction for them they sidestepped me. So now i say adios and off to the competition for my servicing and my referrals..
