But later research showed labor should have cost about $240, plus the pump cost of $75.) . Elderly houseguest's imminent arrival gave us no time to research. Doing so later revealed overcharge. Complained to the plumber (Dewey),asked for refund of half of $360 overcharge. No response. Complained to BBB and state as well but they can do nothing.
