Mike provided excellent custmer service. I explained to Mike that I did not want to spend alot of time waiting around in the showroom while the whole car buying process took place. I completed my application and Mike went to work. He only called when he needed additional information and when to come and complete the process to drive away with my new car. Kudos to Mike for a job well done.
