I purchased a 2009 toyota and within the first 5000 miles body parts started falling off the car. They take no responsibility for this. There service manager calls the parts that are falling off "damaged". They are damage because the plastic connectors are missing. I pulled one out with my fingers. First the rocker panel fell off. Now the rear bumper is falling off. There is not even a scratch on the paint indicating a strike of some kind. The air is causing the parts to fall off. When I asked the manager if air should be able to cause parts to fall off, he called me rude and said they would do nothing. I had to file a civil case against them. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.
