I appreciate the help that Shawn provided in obtaining a "new" vehicle. Shawn pointed out vehicles that met our criteria. Not only did Shawn show cars that were available and at the Toyota location, but he was able to pull vehicles from other locations into one so each car could be evaluated side-by-side. Additionally, Shawn and I were able to reach a deal that exceeded my expectations.
