ordered the wrong window. instead of ordering a new one, took apart that window, voiding the warranty, and installed it. the only way I found out now, and not later when it fogs up, is due to a freeze. Now keeps canceling appt for an opportunity to fix. BBB will be contacted next, and after that legal matters.
watch out with this company, they will rip you off.
