The other night my heater stopped working and I called Precision out since they installed my new unit within the last year. Well it turned out to be user error. They were great though and sent someone right out even though it was 7:30pm when I was calling. The tech was not rude or didn't seem bothered by the fact that I couldn't operate my new thermostat. He went over the thermostat with me in depth and helped me program it for my comfort. I was pleased whith the purchase and now I am blown away by the support after the fact. Thank you guys!! more
