If money is your top priority, Cardinal is for you. He did my siding, and this was my experience: I had to watch constantly as he would try to cut costs (his, not mine) by taking shortcuts. Plan on cleaning your yard a lot after he leaves; some debris is expected, and certainly he can't get everything, but stuff was swept/blown under plants, and there was even a lot of visible crap. Over all, the job was decent, but I have noticed that some things were left incomplete - a seam caulked on one side of the house, but not the other. Also, some sloppy caulking in other areas. Even though he didn't show up every day, I felt as though the job was rushed when he was here. Overall it looks good. Again, if you're looking for the lowest quote, go with him; if quality/reliability/integrity is your highest priority, go with someone else.
