This used to be a top notch game store but ever since the midget with the Napoleon complex took over it's been bad.
I waited 2 months for this store to stock a common Wii title because I had earned credit there that I wanted to spend. Their distributor apparently could not provide the title even though every other store in Jacksonville had it in stock.
The "Dwarf" in charge likes to verbally abuse his customers and his apparent girlfriend who is taller than him and occasionally assists knows NOTHING about games! If you ask her ambush questions like "when is this game coming out" she shuts down and then complains to the dwarf who then accuses you of giving his woman a hard time. It would be comical if it wasn't true.
The new management is awful and the store is a shadow of what it once was. The outstanding customer service and knowledge that used to be provided here is no longer provided.
Until things change I wouldn't waste gasoline visiting this place because they don't have any new releases on time and no one trades good games there anymore because of the hassle.
Sorry to sound brutal but the truth is the truth.
