I needed a hair cut and color really bad last week. My hair was wrecked from perming and the color was faded. I called Touche from out of the phone book. I had a dinner to go to that weekend and got an appointment with Eileen. Thank goodness I got her who could layer my long hair and bring my color back to life that afternoon!
