I have never been to Sagano and not had great sashimi and rolls. I know good Sushi. Order the Fugi roll (not on the menu, but my favorite roll of all time. I once had a friend who wanted to take me to their favorite Sushi place downtown. I suggested a Sushi duel and went to Sagano first. Afterwords, she said it was not necessary to go to "her" place, Sagano won hands down.
