In late 2007 I bought a Hummer at your store. Service had been good during the sale and afterward when I brought the car in for regular service (your service department is great too). But then I had a flat tire recently and brought my Hummer in for repair and noticed a 1999 Mercedes on your lot for sale. A young salesman originally helped me with the price but brought Mark into the deal once I started asking questions. I am used to dealing with senior management so I felt quite comfortable in his word and the sale itself, so yes I bought the car that day. I have had to call Mark on a couple of different occasions for help and suggestions and he has quickly and professional handled any and all of my concerns. It was if I knew him before but of course i had never met him. I never felt I was bothering him when I called, and he made me feel like a lifelong customer. I just wanted to let you know that you have a good business man in Mark. I feel so comfortable that it is possible my husband and I may buy again from your store. Thank you again for hiring the right people and placing them in the right positions where a customer does not feel taken advantage of.
