They are not pretentious or pushy. They explain the procedures and they can prioritize issues that need to be addressed.
The front desk people are very pleasant, easy to talk to and make appointments with. Also, they have been kind enough to split my payments into 2-3 parts, which made it possible to finish it all. This is not the dentist for you if you want stainless steel, chrome and tv monitors, fake boob nurse with attitude. This is a neighborhood dentist with a grip on reality.
