This was my third buying experience with Toyota of Gladstone.
I was interested in buying a new Yaris and wanted to keep my payments the same with no out-of-pocket expense. The sales staff figured out a way for me to move up to a new Camry with all of the options that I wanted.
After driving my new car home I discovered that one of the options I wanted was not installed. Ron and Rich immediately corrected this problem by having this item installed at dealer expense.
Also, I am very impressed with the service department and the work that they do.
Jenny has made sure that all of my Toyota's are in top condition.
I will continue to do business with Gladstone Toyota and to recommend them to my friends and associates.
