Good: My initial 2 visits were positive. I was told the synthetic wig would only last a few months, which was true. Then I wanted to go back to look into either a purchase of a new wig or the shaping of another wig that I had.. Bad: I called. No return call over a week. I called back, and talked to Linda, owner. I told her about the call without a return call. I made an appointment. It seemed like she was inpatient showing me 3 wigs. None seemed quite right. I decided I'd be interested in ordering the same wig I had earlier purchased. The price was almost $100 more than what I paid 3 months earlier. When I mentioned this she said that was a guestimate since she didn't have my file and she would call me the next day. No calls.. Improvements: I think they need better customer service and follow through. I wouldn't go back there. I wouldn't go back there, even if it is an inconvenience to me since it is close to where I live. I also don't trust their help since at first she agreed with me that a wig wasn't quite right, and then after she didn't have any other longer wig to show me other than the 3, she changed her mind and said she liked the one she earlier agreed wasn't right. Ugh!.
