I purchased shoes (crocs) for my niece as a gift for her birthday...... sadly they didn't fit. My sister went to Jenny Jon to return the shoes and pick out something else for her. The gentleman that worked there refused the return. Now, I should probably mention that my sister and I are both very good customers and purchase there often. Guess what folks? That doesn't matter in the slightest. The man was rude and abrupt. My sister got a flat out "No returns" and that was the end of the conversation. She wasnt asking for her money back. She just wanted a credit. That didnt matter either. We both could have overlooked not getting a return or a credit but being treated badly is never okay. I'm furious. To put this in a nutshell... they lost two very good customers over a 25 dollar credit. Was it worth it to them?? apparently so. Think twice before you shop here. They will take your money happily, but if you have a problem, they will not know your name.
