I worked there for a few months and quit because the kitchen was disgusting. I watched nearly every cook leave the restroom without washing their hands on several occasions. The dining area may be presentable, but where your food is being made is not clean and the cooks have less than acceptable hygiene. One night I even saw a cook accidentally spit in the food while talking to another cook, then look around and thinking nobody saw it, keep cooking.
