Do not sell your items to the Lynnhaven store!!! They are a complete rip off! They gave me $25 for 32 items, most of which were hardly wotrn or had tags on them & including a beautiful seude diaper bag. When I asked to get my items back they refused to give them to me. Stay away from this store. I had plans to purchase items but will not be doing so now! In addition to that, they specifically ask for you to bring your items in a tub/bin, laid out neatly & flat. When I got my bin back it was turned upside down and a complete mess! They don't even have the deceny to return your items in the condition you left them. Horrible business practice! more

I thought this place would be a wonderful store to shop in for some clothes for my daughter. Boy, was I WRONG! The staff, including the manager are all extremely rude! No deal is worth dealing with these people's attitudes. I also know someone who tried selling her kids clothes here, and they lost all of them! So they said! I would NEVER, EVER recommend anyone to go shopping or try selling anything from here. I hope they go out of business or have soon hire some new management, as well as new employees! more

The merchandise are in good condition but still a bit over priced. You can find same great baby clothes at the Salvation Army 50% off every Wednesday. Not a good place to consign either. I got only $6.00 for a whole bin of very good condition baby clothing and other stuff. more

Staff was very rude!! Do not take your things here you will get nothing for them.. Also they are way over priced, they wanted $4.99 for a old power rangers t-shirt that was extremely fading...Don't waste your time!! more

With the exception of one *very* nice employee,(NOT the owner)the staff at this otherwise nice shopping venue has been repeatedly, insufferably rude and unbelievably arrogant. I thought about nicely contacting the owner about it until I learned that she was the very first person who I encountered that was uncommonly rude on my first visit to the store!! I would only recommend shopping here on a day when you feel like being talked down to and blatantly ignored. more

They have alot of stuff and GREAT prices, i like everything about them more

I'VE CONSIGNED HERE BEFORE BY APPOINTMENT AND CAME OUT FAIRLY HAPPY, ALTHOUGH MY LAST EXPERIENCE WAS NOT SO GOOD. IT IS HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT SO I DECIDED TO DROP OFF WHAT I HAD WHICH WAS A BOX FULL OF SWEATERS THAT HAD NEVER REALLY BEEN WORN AND A STROLLER ( NAME BRAND, AND VERY NICE) WHICH WAS A YEAR OLD AT THE MOST. WHEN I WAS CALLED TO PICK UP MY MONEY ALLS I GOT WAS $18... REALLY??? I WAS/ AM STILL VERY UPSET. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT I'LL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. more

While this is a good place to shop, I now know why the prices are so low - lesson learned, DO NOT CONSIGN HERE. The way they keep the prices so low are by not giving any money to the consigner. It is very hard to get an appointment with them so they encourage you to drop your items off. When you do this, you are agreeing to whatever price they are going to give you. I dropped off a $40 toy (in the box) and a $30 toy with all of its parts in great condition - and they offered me $9.00. I've decided that Craig's list and eBay are much better ways to go to get your money. Granted, this is why the prices are so low at the store and I did learn my lesson - I just hope this post helps others learn the lesson as well. more

I love to buy things for my grandbabies, but having raised 3 of my own, I know that they outgrow the clothes and toys far too quickly. The items at Kid to Kid are in fabulous condition and so I can indulge the grandchildren without going broke. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable about the items on display and they keep a list of people who are looking for certain items. This is a real time saver. What a valuable resource we have in Kid to Kid. We are lucky to have them here in Virginia Beach. more

I was visiting VA Beach from Connecticut and wandered into the Kid to Kid store. I didn't even realize that it was a Consignment Shop! Everything was well organized and nicely displayed. With two growing grandsons, I could have shopped there for hours and not spent a great deal of money for quality items. Of course, I made some purchases... I wish the Kid to Kid of Virginia Beach was down the street from where I live. more

I have to say that upon my first time heading to Kid to Kid I was skeptical. I had been to so many thrift stores and consignment shops. They were either so unorganized and hard to find anything or so expensive that i felt like I was better off buying new. The first visit to Kid to Kid I was thoroughly impressed! Everything was neat, organized, and in such great shape. The ladies who worked there were so friendly and approachable. They carried many of the luxury brands my kids love but my wallet could not afford. Such as Limited Too, and Ralph Lauren. Not to mention they have a dressing room for your kiddos and you to try the items on. The prices are outstanding! I visit the store about 2 a month now and never walk out empty handed. When I tell my kids I am going shopping they beg to go to Kid to Kid. The selection of infant furniture and equipment is wonderful also! None of the run down cribs and rickety dressers you usually run into at the thrift stores! What a winner! more
